A relative was having connection issues in their basement where their laptop was located on the opposite side of where their router was one floor above. I purchased this item hoping to improve their connection and it has definitely helped. While it does not increase speed, it provides a stable connection (almost full bars) whereas previously they would drop connection every few minutes. For setup I temporarily connected my laptop through an ethernet cable and completed the web interface setup after plugging in the extender. You have the option of keeping the same password as the existing wifi connection that is being extended which simplifies things. Happy with the extender and would likely purchase again.

Improved our wifi for the house. Works perfectly! The wifi router we have is in a far end of the home, now the other end has wifi no problem.

Works great when you are trying to stream netflix from the last bedroom in the house, were your regular wireless router is struggling. Easy to set up.

i was skeptical abt buying this one but tried it out and what a relief to extended my wifi range from basement level to 2 nd floor also work outside around my home thank u bestbuy for having it on sale !

Works as advertised. Set up is easy and it's just right for extending our wifi signal. Basic usage.

Fairly easy set up. Unable to set up using wi-fi, so I needed a network cable. Luckily I have those laying around. After that, set up was easy through a web portal. Works great!

Bought 2 of these WiFi extenders. One for upstairs and one for the basement. Definitely do the job of extending WiFi range in areas where we had poor WiFi signal. Highly recommend!

Needed a little signal boost for the Chromecast in the garage. I had a good signal at best. Now, I have a VERY STRONG signal. Makes streaming so much easier. Easy to set up too. Well worth the money.

Over exceeded my expectations Went longer then I thought
