It extended my wifi range as expected.

The only detail that I was disappointed in was that its signal is produced as an additional device from my wireless router with the _EXT extension. My PC and iPhones must be connected to either the extended signal or the original signal. I was hoping that it would just boost the original signal seamlessly.

Ok booster

We placed this booster in the hallway heading towards the bedrooms. That's where our wifi was the weakest. It helped bring the speed from 3-4 up to around 22 Mbps. Now that's not bad but I'm guessing if you spent $ on a more expensive booster it might pull a full strength signal. We get 50 Mbps in the basement. Overall it is worth the $

Great extender for a non-techie
