Nice range extender for home wifi, very easy to setup and get going. Greatly improved the wifi in our home, made the signal strong in the far end of our home.

Easy to set up and will extend your range; it will not, though, work as quickly as your primary router.

I just bought this accessory a week ago to extend my network in the house. I usually had problems connecting in the living room or outside the house based than my router is in the office on the 2nd floor. Now, I don't experience that problem anymore once I connected the extender.

We purchased this to increase our wi-fi range in a 9000 sq ft home. From our point of view, this has increased wi-fi reception substantially on all three floors.

If you have any problems with coverage, this is the product you want. It is so easy to install. I had to go on Youtube to find out how to do it because instructions that came with the product were not that specific. After 5 mins installation now I have coverage all around.

My router is in the rear of my home and the wifi signal did not reach all the way to the front of the house, especially where my bedroom is. I reviewed the item online and made the decision to purchase it. I could not get the unit to connect to my wifi and contacted customer service who told me that it was not compatible with my router, this was false. All I needed to do was connect my CAT 5 to the unit and my router and it instantly went through the set up process. The unit had worked perfectly ever since. LOVE IT!!!

Didn’t notice a HUGE difference but slight improvement. It does make a buzzing noise so we had to put it somewhere where we couldn’t hear it.

Was getting only 2 bars from the low quality modem from the cable company. I installed this quite a distance away from the modem in my own room and now I get 3 bars. I've even noticed that after setting up my own private network it functions better than the modem downstairs

once this device joined the home wifi family, its' been a classic plug and play. superb coverage through brickwalls and out to the backyard, just what we needed.

I bought this extender in hopes of getting some signal in my upstairs bedrooms. My wifi signal drops 70% from the downstairs to the upstairs. The extender did boost the signal, just not as much as I had hoped. I ran speedtest before and after hookup and I went from 6mbps to 12mbps not bad nearly double what I was getting but disappointing when you are paying for 150mbps.

The extender was easy to set up and use. You do need to follow the directions (you don't just plug it in and go), but it works well when installed correctly.

I was so skeptical but when i purchase this product and plug it in on my back yard and do a little bit of set up on my iphone, boom my wi-fi has an extension at least 50 feet or more. Now my friends they don't complain anymore about buffering. I will recommend this to all.

This works great and solved most of my problem (the rest of my problem won't be solved until Roku or Hulu do something so they play better together on a Roku TV). It's the easiest thing in the world to set up and can be used anywhere, once it's imprinted to your server.

Our router is in the basement and we needed to extend the range to weak spots on the main floor. The Netgear extender did this very well and we can now run some devices off the main router and another bandwidth hog (Apple laptop) off the extender.

Up and working in 5 min. How nice is that! I could never get the other "L" brand to work even with 2 hrs of their tech support. They told me there must be something wrong with that unit and to return it for another one. Funny, the second one did exactly the same thing.

I had never used a wifi extender before, but this has a ridiculously simple setup. Go to the website in the instructions and it's simple and quick. Try to follow the step by step instructions provided and you'll quickly be lost unless you're already well versed on these things. This is nice and discreet so that you really can put it anywhere and it's not an eyesore.

My wireless internet connection is in an upstairs bedroom. Upstairs my connection speed is 23 mbps while downstairs it was 3 mbps. After installing the extender at the bottom of the stairs, my connection speed downstairs is now 22 mbps. Good Price. Works Well. Easy Setup.

I lost wifi in my bedroom after we moved the computer with the router so I found this online. The directions were not great but considering I am not at techie person I thought it was fairly easy to set up. I have not had any issues with streaming tv shows since.

The NETGEAR WiFi range extender does a good job of handling data transmissions with only a small loss of data speed from the original WiFi connection and very short latency. Its only limitation, which may be important depending on how your house or business is designed, is that to have any real impact, it does need to be installed on the outer edge of the connectivity of the original WiFi hot spot. This extender does not penetrate walls well, so put it on the outer edge of the coverage of the original WiFi device, and relatively near your intended device for best operation. This means the actual amount of range extension you get in places with lots of walls (like a house) will be short. Recommendation is with the caveat that if you need to significantly extend the range of your system, you may want a more powerful device.

Our house is pretty small but our bedroom is on the other side of the house of the router which is in the living room. Everyone seems to get signal but me. I bought this last night and installed it myself. It worked perfectly! It's only been a day so I hope it lasts.
