    This extender works well in our 2400 square foot home, even through plaster walls. However, I find myself having to reset the transmitter a couple of times per week as the signal quality diminishes over time until it is reset.

    It was a good product. I have a Netgear router purchased previously from Best Buy. I wish to find a compatible product and this one works well. It is used upstairs where signal is a bit weaker.

    It gave out a great signal, however the actual speed was very poor. It was almost 1/10 of the speed near the router. I returned it.

    We purchased this because my son was having issues connecting to the wireless connections. Now, the internet connection is much better in his room. Not sure why he wasn't getting a good connection. However, I noticed that this Ethernet port must be plugged in a wall outlet where nothing else is. Once it becomes unplugged, the internet connection becomes vague.
