The product works great extending the wireless network in my 2 story house. It was challenging to set up had to call the help line. Took 1/2 to figure it out. Need to change the location of the unit to get a stronger signal during setup. The netgear help staff was very good helping figure it out. I would but again.

This product worked well initially in our two story house. It extended the range of the signal to allow use of WI-FI upstairs - eliminating the data charges on phones, etc. However, you have to look at the product to make sure that it has not lost the signal. It has to be periodically reset -- otherwise your children will use phones, tablets, etc thinking they are on WI-FI when they are really on LTE. THis resetting is bothersome because it happens at least once a week. Hard wiring would be better, but as extenders go this is a good product.

I set this extender up as soon as I got it in the mail, and then about a week or two later I had our ISP come out to replace our old devices, and in doing so, they up a new network for us (a different network name). After our service provider finished up, I tried to set up my extender, but it wasn't finding our new network; it was still recognizing our old network, and I have not gotten it to work since.

I purchase this to extend Wi-Fi connection to the guest house in my property for my nephew and I have to say it worked wonders. Very happy with purchase. Also, I called in cuz I had an issue with Connectivity and the tech guy was super helpful. Had questions answered right away

Our store has only basic Wi-Fi...very low speed. When we broke from satellite TV to streaming as a cost savings, we were very frustrated because of our slow Wi-Fi. This basic little contraption has solved that problem with ease.

It's a great product for what's intended. I needed a signal boost so internet could travel through the duplex I live at and it works.

i bought this to boost my wifi signal for the Ring doorbell since modem is across the house. it's passable. okay for the price.

Not really done the job that I expected. I may not have gotten one strong enough for the area in which it is to be used. However, I went according to the information on the box.

Sometimes likes to disconnect for not reason and then reconnect at times. like it is not getting good reciption, but is right next to the router,

Love everything about it - super clear image and lighting is excellent. One down part is you have to pay for subscription in order to view any recorded videos

Works fairly well but the closer to the router the better, best if placed upstairs directly above the router to cover an upstairs floor, good value for the money.

I am currently using this for a longer house that the wifi will not extend to the other end of the house. This is a great little adapter, I don't get full bars from it but at least I get more than I did. The house is about 4600 square feet. I would still purchase again, any wireless signal is better than none!

I've gotten better wi-fi reception since I've started using this. I just wish it didn't cover up the whole outlet so that I can use the other socket for something else.

Used with Xfinity internet service, works great for connecting WiFi devices in area of my home that previously would show one bar and now I get four.

my xbox on the 2nd floor was disconnecting all the time every 30mins and once i got this it immediately fixed the problem and i have been gaming with no lag and absolutely no disconnections. if thats your problem buy this rn.

Had a strong signal but it was very choppy and laggy when using cell phones or playing video games

Was skeptical at first, but I use this for extending (obviously) my wifi out to the garage. It has exceptional range, and I also have an ethernet cable coming out of it and into my direcTV box and it has improved the resolution of my shows. I would recommend 100% for the price. Worth it.

It took a while to set up, but once it was fully set up, it works fine.

I would recommend it to everyone looking for a way to get better wifi in their house. I have 3 floors in my house and reception was bad till I purchased it. Very big difference in my house now. 100% in my house now reception. Before I would be lucky to get 80% . Buy it you won't regret it.

We got it for home use with an already present setup.. Delivers as promised!
