Had a strong signal but it was very choppy and laggy when using cell phones or playing video games

This works mostly as expected. The only strange thing is that the internet stops working when I run the microwave (but that's probably my house, not the device).

I don’t live a big house but kept losing WiFi signal with the router that is downstairs. Got this and put it upstairs outside of my bedroom and works great for the second floor! Haven’t been frustrated losing signal or WiFi while watching a video or streaming music.

My computer is in a room two rooms away from the main computer equipment and was constantly being dropped off the internet. This device, plugged into an outlet in the same room as my computer, allows me to have internet connectivity without being dropped. I love it!

I have thick concrete walls and the internet was not reaching the guest room, I placed this in the kitchen and am now able to use the internet.

Before buying this item I was unable to get internet in upstairs bedroom. Now it works great. Was hesitant at first but am very glad to have made the purchase.

This was not hard to set up fo use. Once done placing this device is great when the lite colors tell you if it is in a good place for connection.

Bought this because my wifi wouldn't reach my smart tv. The set up was simple and easy, plugged it in under my dining room table, halfway between my tv and router and it works perfectly. I haven't had a single problem since. The range even reaches out to my unconnected garage!

I bought this for my mom. She installed it with very little help from me. She has not had any problems with slow internet connection in that part of the house since installation.

I live in a 102 yr. Old home that's 2 story made of brick and plaster. My router is on the first floor in side room and I placed the range extender on the 2nd floor landing and it works perfectly so don't hesitate to buy, I promise you won't regret it!

my xbox on the 2nd floor was disconnecting all the time every 30mins and once i got this it immediately fixed the problem and i have been gaming with no lag and absolutely no disconnections. if thats your problem buy this rn.

Aside from the good price on the extender, easy to get my hands on it, easy set-up but that's about it. Once it was connected and properly working. I did not get much more range on my wifi network. Yes, I did test the network range before and after. The extender gave me just a few more feet of range just not as much as promised. I understand it could be the walls in the house, that's not allowing the signal to through. I will try another product to see if that is the was the case.

When we were having difficulty with our internet signal for our new Smart TV, the salesman suggested this product. We plugged it in and the problem was instantly solved. Thank you for your help!

The instructions could've been a bit simpler for those with limited techy knowledge. But, once it was figured out, the connection improved and now have full bars and fast connection.

This is a great extender once it set up. Don't be afraid to call tech support. Once I did it worked like a charm. Maybe the old one I replaced with this one could have worked also.

We have problems getting Wi Fi in some rooms of our house. This was a great way to solve the problem without spending much money

We live in an old brick home and our wireless signal was not reaching all areas of our home. The Best Buy salesman recommended this to solve the problem and it really did the trick.

The set up was a little dicey as it did not work exactly like the directions said, but their Tech Support guy was good and we were up and streaming Netflix in half an hour or so.

It took a while to set up, but once it was fully set up, it works fine.
