I was have erratic WiFi reception on my laptop and tablet out in my work shop, garage and RV because my Wireless WiFi router was at the opposite end of my house. I installed the NetGear Universal Range extender and now there are no connection issues. Great Product!

Wood have given 5 stars, but only register 2.4 Connection out of box. Need to see if I can configure to pick up 5.0. It is dual band.

I love it when things work simply and this was just that...simple to get it working! It definitely boosts the range of my signal all throughout my home and home office. I don't know why I didn't buy this sooner!

The extender is working fine so far. I just needed to extend the wifi to the farthest room, and it accomplished that.

I had a wifi dead spot in my house -- right where I use my phone the most -- and was going over on data every month. Once I figured out the poorly explained instructions installation went smoothly. Now I can access my wifi everywhere in my house.

Works well in a historic brick home that other extenders have issues with getting a strong signal

This worked better than we thought it would. It helps my son get internet in his trailer right behind our house. Was easy to set up.

Works as expected. Needed to extend range due to the inability to move the location of the main router in my house. This extends for increased range in the other half of the house.

This is a great upgrade to your current WiFi network. Not only can it extend your WiFi but it also has a connection to direct plug in using the extender to plug into.

Good product for the cost. I wanted to have a more consistent connection in back yard and around pool. For a very reasonable cost I added about 50 feet to our range.

Customer care was great I had no idea something so easy could be so difficult to set up but my situation was probably unique compared to most and we ended up figuring out a way to make it work

The setup was not as straightforward as stated, It took me a while. At parents house with Xfinity. Each person (guests to the home) had to sign in and it was very confusing. Finally got it working and all was good.

It bridged the gap between my router and a wireless camera and seems to be working fine. Range is just something you will have to try.

Shows full bars about 100 ft from modem but lags at times even though showing full bars. Nit sure if that is because our internet speed

Works as advertised. Our router is at one end of a long narrow condo and wifi was sometimes difficult to get at the other end of the condo. This device helps alot. I do have to remember to check settings on my ipad and select our _EXT device when I want to use it.

The setup instructions are poor. The listed instructions are difficult to follow to accomplish its setup.
