    This extender serves its purpose sometimes. We live in an area with poor radio reception, so we have internet radios. Every time one of the radios is turned off and then turned back on, it goes into search mode and does not find the extender unless it is unplugged and replugged again.

    This product works well as a budget extender however at times my computer detects it but cant connect resetting the main router by unplugging and plugging back in takes care of that issue which you should do on a bi weekly bases anyhow
