Needed to extend coverage to my Ring door bell and this did the trick.

Affordable WiFi range extender. Nice that it has Ethernet

Product works but creates a 2nd WiFi network with _EXT on the end of your network name, the wifi speed is also greatly reduced compared to your original network

If you want to add this extender with your phone don’t bother. It keeps bumping you off and drops your registration. When you try to register on your laptop it wants all your info again. It’s just frustrating for the expected service. No bueno. In addition your cable provider doesn’t have a clue about their own modem much less helping you connect with this extender. We pay too much to need an extender in my house 20 feet away. I guess because my walls are impenetrable. Lol jk

Got this to add more range to my bedrooms and it ended up making my actual signal worse and doesnt stay connected.

Decent throughput, but not great. Still not satisfied, so I ended up replacing the entire router with a stronger one. After that, the extender wasn't necessary anymore.

I am very pleased with my purchase. Now I really have a great time.

I installed one of these at my ranch, and one at my city house. After a lot of fuss and bother, in both cases, I was able to get it to work. It is great at providing more coverage for wireless LAN. But, for no apparent reason, it loses its link with the base, even though it's getting a strong signal from the base. So, I get a message that the network extension is there, but I cannot log into it. It's very frustrating. Great when it works. But, it rarely works.
