Didn't help a darn thing...at all...whatsoever, and it loses connection often on top of that. (Yes I'm using it correctly)

This item does not make the reception any better! I have tried different places in my home and still not getting continuous internet reception! It has helped maybe 15% and isn't worth the cost!

This is not worth the buy. At first it worked really well then eventually it stopped. The red light is always on no matter how close to the modem I put it

Dont work. Doesnt even make internet better. Same download and upload go eithernet all the way

Maybe it was me, but it didn't extend my signal, and actually decreased the speed of my internet. Investigating other ways to boost my internet signal.

i know this is probably my fault but i tried everything i could think of, reading the directions, and it still will not connect to my computer.

Purchased this WIFI extender and would not stay connected.

This item brought nothing but complaints from my family. First the extenders cause my network to slow down and disconnect devices even though the extender was under its own SSID name. Secondly the extenders constantly loss signal leaving my video monitoring system and my home lights unsecured. Returning as soon as I can this afternoon!

As can be expected from a cheap wireless extender, the coverage is not great and the wifi connectivity drops. no issue turning it on nor setting it up. just not great performance

The instructions read as it the installation and set up is a 1-2 situation. The first time I attempted it did not work for me. Very frustrated as it should be seamless, but first go-around did not work as implied.

Product drops connection randomly. I am well within range as I can connect my devices to wifi where I am easily. Infact the wifi connection is stronger without the device. I have followed instructions to make sure the device is set up properly l and is withing range and in the most optimal spot. I have called customer service to get a representative to help and all they did was read off the manual to install the device. I will be upgrading to a competitor's product very soon.

Service is ok. Works for a small area. Doesn’t work for a huge area but then again it was cheap. You get what you paid for.

The product was not compatable with our internet provider and did nothing for us. We had to reset every device in the house. I do not recommend this product.

This item is used to extend WiFi signal and yeah I still don't get the best signal with this item and it isn't consistent and doesn't hold the signal on devices for long periods of time..

Got this extender because of poor wifi signal at far end of my house. Unit is weak and has a short range of it own. Very difficult to set up and tech support was worthless. I finally got it to work by finding a forum talking about the same problems I was having. The unit also cuts out and is unreliable.

The device was easily enough installed and other network appliances could see it. However, the connection is highly unstable and when connected speed is poor.

This product works but it is a lot slower than the regular WiFi. I definitely suggest getting the 5mbs version

It might be used error, but I didn't see a change when we plugged it in and synced it. My phone doesn't get great service for some reason and it honestly didn't help.

I had a Belkin wi-if extender that worked great until it stopped working then I had to replace it. Not only was the Netgear wi-if extender more expensive than the original Belkin we purchased, it keeps dropping it's connection when I have to pause a movie on Netflix. It doesn't even play through ending credits of movies and has to be completely rebooted after every episode played on Netflix. In addition, every time my husband returns to using his iPad he has to resync it with the wi-if extender. We're planning to return it.

Terrible purchase. I purchased this to use in my 3rd car garage area but this never improved signal. Returned.
