I returned did not help in my house. I use house wiring ethernet pair to get to the back of the house.

Internet connection is really inconsistent and the signal is never strong enough for Zoom calls in the room where we need coverage. I wouldn't buy this again and I would return it if I could. Also, when trying to set it up, I somehow got on the phone with a scam customer service operation that tried to sell me a new firewall.

It swirls sometimes and then other days it just stop working. It hasn’t really helped the WiFi problem that I was having. And that’s why I bought it.

This might have worked if I had a one story home. It wasn't functional in my house and I ended up going a different direction.

Did not really solve the problem of receiving better wi-fi service where I needed it in my home. Not really sure it was worth the purchase.

Product does extend wifi connection BUT cuts down the internet speed in half. Beware of this product !

Been spotty. Shuts down on it's own. Held for about 5 months, but getting it fired back up is futile. Followed all directions & nothing. Will give it one more go.

A good, but not great device to use for extending the internet. But, it did work, other times it didn't. Overall, didn't extend as well as it was supposed too.

It worked ok for two days then every time I turned off my laptop, it would not work when I tried to reconnect to it. Very unreliable signal when I could connect

This product did not do the job that I had hoped it would. I was trying to extend the coverage to the out doors and it did not make the service any better. I tried multiple arrangements and I even called customer service and net gear and it did not help.

It works but it doesn't stay connected well. It stays connected when it's close to the router...which defeats the purpose because if you are close to the router you don't need to extend. Plus it just adds another signal so you cannot use it seemlessly, once you get close you have to log from one SSID to log onto the netgear SSID. I just threw it in the trash and bought a google mesh which works awesome.

Doesn’t work as advertised. Slow speed. Disconnects WiFi due to broadcast name changes on laptop.

This product is really pointless. I’m glad the Best Buy staff explained the truth regarding stronger internet service throughout my home.

We try to stream baseball game from laptop to TV & it keeps cutting out. Hoped it would help the signal but it didn't Might work for someone else

I really don't want to spend a ton of time getting something like this running. They provide a website to go to when setting it up. Okay, not a problem. The website looks like a 2 year old built it. Then the links to set it up do not work. They then tell you that you need to most likely do x, y, and z to get it to connect. Forget it, if you can't make it easier, I am not going to waste my time. ps - I used to be a software engineer, so I am not totally inept.

Got this for my husband for Christmas. He could not figure out how to get it set up. Currently not being used

My old wifi extender died so I picked up the latest version of the one that had just kicked the bucket. I can't say I'd recommend this one. It constantly had to be rebooted before it finally died not long after I got it. I wish I could say it was a bum one but I tried another one and it was the same exact thing so it's just not a good product.

Not what I needed I wanted to extend my wifi signal but rather than extending it created a second wifi portal that you needed to log into each time.
