||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installation was complicated, had to call netgear, "technician" told me that my system was full of virus when he was in my system and that i would have to clean all my wireless system in order to make the extender to work ( at a charge of over $90.00) and trying to make me buy a cleaning virus service....Very disappointed from a company like netgear to have so poor customer service.. the just lost another customer

Would not install

This product was the same brand as the manufacturer of my WiFi device (which I assumed would be very important and likely insure success), however, neither the automatic detection, nor the manual link-up would work. I ended up returning the product and have not been able to extend my network as hoped.
