I cannot get my Netgear extender to work.

The tech from Net gear could not fix it and told me it was due multiple users on the router, which are protected from by Norton, and tried to sell me a $375 protection program. I hung up.

Our internet was strong enough so now we're stuck with it!!!! Don't know if we'll be traveling an hour to buy from them again!

Cannot activate

I've entered all the different information I can find and still can't get the WiFi boost. It shouldn't be so difficult and if I can figure out how to make it work might be a good device.

I tried to follow instructions in the you tube but it won’t work. Due to Covid 19, I was not able to return in the store. My money got wasted.
