Used so I could have a closer hardwired connection for Xbox

I use it in an area where the only broad band is local wifi. The antenna enters the house on the second floor. Not only does the device improve the wifi on the ground floor of my house, but it has an ethernet jack to allow me to plug in a device that requires a wired connection. Easy to set up. And it has an on off switch that allows me to turn it off when not in use. Great Product.

It was so aggravating to lose wifi service in our home before Netgear. Now we can go anywhere in the house without losing our connection. Great!

This seems to work very well in strengthening the wifi signal in the part of my house where that was needed. However, I thought that was the only change that I should expect. Rather, what actually happened when I activated it per provided instructions was that a new wifi connection (port? node?) was created: something like 'myconnection-ext' being added to 'myconnection.' So, to use it I had to redo the smart garage door opener connection (which was why I bought this extender; to strengthen the signal to the opener) so that it would connect to 'myconnection-ext.'

So far so good, just installed and haven't had any issues yet

Beats paying monthly charge and installation fee for a cable company WiFi extender. Still may take a year or more to pay out. Now getting a stronger signal to back part of my house. (kids room) Slow computer complaints down!

Needed to boost the wi-fi signal in a 1600 sq ft ranch style home. Placed it in the center of the home and it works perfectly to solve our problem!

Works well with 65 foot and less needed Internet coverage.

My new home's concrete structure needed to increase the range of my WiFi signal throughout my home. This WiFi extender was a very good price deal and quickly was up and running. The only problem is that you must use a different sign-in to use this extender which created two separate WiFi accounts in my home.

I Use This Extender In My Basement For All My Gaming Needs And Its Been Working Good For What It Is. Sometimes It Disconnects But It Quickly Comes Back On.

Easy setup. Overall, very painless. I would buy it again.

Bought this for my parents house because their router is in the basement. Setup was easy and extends the wireless works perfectly with it.

It was easy to sync with my Netgear modem and extended a much stronger Wi-Fi signal to my back bedroom. I can now stream videos in my bedroom.
