I purchased the Netgear WiFi Extender with high hopes of improving my home network’s coverage, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. Setup was a frustrating ordeal. The instructions provided were not clear, and the process seemed overly complicated. It took longer than expected to get it up and running, and even then, the connection was inconsistent at best. The extender’s performance left much to be desired. It failed to provide a stable and reliable signal extension, frequently dropping the connection or slowing it down significantly. This resulted in frustrating lags and interruptions during online activities. Furthermore, the build quality seemed subpar, and the device felt flimsy. It would have been more reassuring if it had a more robust design. Overall, my experience with the Netgear WiFi Extender was disappointing. It didn’t deliver on its promises of extending and enhancing my WiFi coverage. I would recommend looking into alternative options for improving your home network.

Does as well as the pricier versions on the shelf.

don't have a lot of tech pulling from the router.. put this in an adjacent room for better wifi. works well while home schooling and working from home.

Low cost. Small in size. Does exactly what I needed it to do. Sped up my internet enough to hold video meeting over Skype and Microstructure Teams. Was unable to do so before. Allows me to run software over my company VPN. Works great. Was extremely easy to set up.

Seems to work fine, my computer is at one end of the house and the lap top is at the other end. This device is helping me get a signal.

Good overall extender. Needed it to reach a few dead spots in the house. Works as expected and very easy to setup.

I use this wi-fi extender to extend my home wireless network for my Google home mini. The ethernet port let my plug the mini directly into the extender. The set-up was quick and easy.

I was browsing at Best Buy when another customer walked by and recommended this one. I had a hard time setting up, but the woman at support was fantastic. In less than two minutes we were up and running. Now I can use my iPad on the lanai. Fantastic.

I had difficulties getting wifi signal at the point in my house that's furthest from my router, after buying a couple different routers with a pretty hefty price tag to try to get a stronger signal I decided to try this extender. I got home plugged it into the wall and after a very easy setup I had a very strong signal throughout my entire house. Great product

Was qiuck to set up thru wps on my router Has very good range I get a strong signal in my garage now which is 100 feet away from house

This was easy to set up and works very well. My router is downstairs and I use my computer upstairs and the signal wouldn't reach and now the signal is strong and clear thanks to this device.

It works well for the price, it gets the job done.

Bought 1 month ago and still working as advertised. Was easy to setup and does the job for what I needed. Not super fast but does the trick for extending my wifi signal downstairs.

This WiFi ranger extender was perfect for my in-laws who have an Amazon Fire Stick on the opposite side of the house from their router. Found an outlet near the middle of the two, installation was simple, and now they can watch Netflix without it buffering or losing signal every 10 seconds.

In a large 2 story house, I had issues with my WiFi not reaching the entire house. This product made all things better. I love it.

The wifi in my house is really bad, and I couldn't use an ethernet cable for my PS4 because it wouldn't reach the router. I bought this and put it in my room with the ethernet cable connected to it and my PS4. It works really well! I haven't had any issues when playing games with my friends. Before I got it my friends used to complain that my chat would go in and out and I would always lose connection in the middle of a game but that doesn't happen anymore.

tried all sorts of things to boost connection. When I called best buy the girl recommended this product and said that is what she would use in her home. Our office is within 200 feet from home. Have not had any problems, great product

Does exactly what I needed it to! Connection has been awesome ever since we got this extender. We needed to extend WiFi out to the garage and our normal router couldn’t send a signal that far. Everything has connected with full bars ever since we installed this! Installation was pretty simple.
