i was going to buy a new 'more powerful' router, because I could not get internet in my back bedroom--and I only have a 1400 sq ft apartment. I was helped by someone at the store who advised me to try the extender..it worked! try before you buy a new router

Imagine this: a wifi extender than actually extends your wifi. Now imagine that it's easy to set up. That's the Netgear Wifi Extender. It does exactly what you want it to, and I have walls that other, similar products couldn't make enough of a dent in!

I needed something to boost my wifi signal from the second floor to the first floor. I found this at Best Buy and it has done exactly what it says it will do. My signal is now great downstairs. It took about 5 minutes to get it setup. Excellent product

I used the website device setup. No problems with setup using the online guide. This was for my 91 year old mother so she could use her tablet, computer and Fire Stick TV in her living room which is a distance (with walls) from her modem. It does have to be placed in an outlet that has a relative strait line to the modem you are trying to extend; otherwise, the signal it emits will not be as strong.

I did research before purchasing. Wanted something small. This is the perfect size. However, setup wasn't necessarily a breeze for me. I'm using a MacBook Air and it takes some patience to set up.

I'm telling you this product is very good and price is worthed based on it's performance.

I was having problem for getting internet speed and connectivity in my bedroom due to location distance of my modem in library room. With the support with netgear the issue was resolved . It is very simple to use and install.

I purchased these to expand coverage in a large size home. Coverage is much better in some of the rooms that weren't picking up coverage as well. Family all use wi-fi in each room, all with mutliple devices. The only complaint, instructions didn't explain much, had to call the 1800 number and took some time to go through trouble shooting, installing and walking thru the set up. So it's not a plug and go type of install. So plan for some time to setup, but once set up works good.

An affordable Wi-Fi extender that does what it suppose to do. Been using it for a few months now and not having trouble with it. Setup is very straightforward.

I can run the back 6 acres of the property and listen to Internet radio the whole time!!

Easy to set up, easy to use, takes up no space, can plug into any outlet. Perfect for what I needed it for. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Even extends my service throughout my backyard and I live on one acre.
