But buyers should be aware that these essentially put out half the available bandwidth - not a product flaw though - it is just the way extenders function.

Good inexpensive extender

Used to extend better range to Ring doorbell.

Once I added this, my connection has drastically improved the wi fi range. I set it up within 10 minutes and had no connectivity issues.

Not only did it solve my connectivity issues in that room, it also extended the signal in the basement. Set up was a breeze.

Waited for everything to talk to talk to to one another and in a few minutes viola! Plugged it where I needed it and was hooked up in in no time. Works as advertised!

However, I was not able to program an automatic switchover from this wireless sub-network to the main router network, and vice versa.

Decent extender

We have a one acre property and I thought if I placed it on a second floor near glass doors, I would have wifi across most of property. This is not the case.

Great way to get around walls and obstructions.

In the right position its allowed better and stronger signal by avoiding disruption by walls and electronics in another room.
