This device is a good alternative for extending WiFi area w/out having to do additional cable installation . Tech support from India was EXCELLENT (Philippines - not so good!)

Works great, a little hard to set up

I'm glad I did! It works great and I can sit outside in my back deck on my wifi! Definitely worth the money.

Worked for My Rainbird App

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was having a problem with connecting my wireless sprinkler system to my internet. Frankly, the Best Buy associate while very nice and helpful, she was skeptical that the access extender would work for my situation. I bought it thinking in a worse I’d return it. It has worked fine as my iPhone and iPad wirelessly work my Rainbird app just fine!

Great Value, Does What it is Supposed To.

I am a tech person so for me it was super easy to install, setup, and get working. Was surfing the web in less than 5 minutes and that's including the time it took for the firmware update. I will say that a lay user may struggle with the setup a bit longer as it's kind of clunky however it should still serve most people well. Has been in place for several months now and no hiccups.

Solid Connection Where It Was Weak Before
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this extender because my smart TV on the back lower level of my house was frequently rebuffering what I was watching because the signal from my wireless router on the front upper level. I placed the extended in an outlet on the front lower level about midway between the two devices and now my smart tv works without any unnecessary buffering.
