Excellent product, I was having problems to get signal in the farest room of my house so I bought this Netgear Extender and problem solved. Very easy to installed, all you need to do is connect it to the wifi just like you do it with your phone, create a new password and that’it.

range extenders continue to improve and become smaller. However the pricing does not. For what is inside this little box and the volume of units I assume gets sold it is a little pricie

Bought this since the WiFi signal from my router was not making it way to back rooms of my apartment. This was no stress, no mess and worked like a charm. Highly recommended

It definitely increases the range throughout my house which is what i bought this for. I dont like how it adds a separate access point to join, so sometime i have to switch connection between floors but you get used to it. Also best buy only had this one which caps out at 300 mb. While that is more than enough currently, down the road ill have to upgrade when faster internet speeds are available. Setup was straight forward.

This is a good extender and works well for what we needed. The router is in the office near the front of the house and we had a very low wifi signal in many rooms of our house. Since installing this, we have a stronger signal and faster speed

The unit was able to increase the size of our WIFI network, so it could reach out to a large building about 100 feet from our home. It was very easy setup and operated for about three weeks without issues.

This works as it's supposed to. Now, I'm able to get WiFi access in areas of my home where the signal strength was weak and sporadic. One of the most affordable extenders on the market.

Good product. Serves the purpose, extends the wifi network and allows hard wired extension. The only negative I have seen is, it needs re configuration after inactivity for some time.

This is simple to set up and works great to extend WiFi to the far reaches of the house. Stops the kids’ complaints about connecting to game consoles from their rooms.

A snap to install, but you have to be well within range of your primary wifi for this to work, and many home wifi's don't have much range.

We just bought the wireless Blue Ray DVD player and needed to have extended wireless coverage in our house. I thought it was fairly easy to set up even though the Best Buy clerk did not recommend it saying they were often returned for difficulty in setting up. It really helps the DVD get on Netflix more easily without the failed or buffering I used to have. Just follow the on line instructions on your PC to install the extended network. Note: You will have to revert to the regular network for your mobile devices when you move closer to the router and further from the extender.

So far i'm very pleased with this extender even if it does not support 5G since 5G does not really transmits good signals from a distance. No complaints with the 40 bucks well spent.

Did not recognize my network setup initially so I had to manually set my network up and that was still easy to do. I have had no problems using the extender. I have vinyl siding with tin-backed insulation under it which made it hard for my wireless signal to get outside so I put this by the doors to the outside deck and am able to get a good signal outside now.

Not really a problem with the product. But both offices I tried it in the extender actually was slower than using the computer in the other room without it. Issues I'm pretty sure is that most modems with built-in routers are set to channel 1. Traffic jam. The extender relies on the channel of the modem and the only way to change that is to talk to your cable provider (and you know what that's like).

I connect a 4k media player in the living room wirelessly with this extender because hardwiring to the router in the bedroom is not an option. It works great with no buffering!
