Good product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good product. Serves the purpose, extends the wifi network and allows hard wired extension. The only negative I have seen is, it needs re configuration after inactivity for some time.

Great Extended coverage in large house
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We just bought the wireless Blue Ray DVD player and needed to have extended wireless coverage in our house. I thought it was fairly easy to set up even though the Best Buy clerk did not recommend it saying they were often returned for difficulty in setting up. It really helps the DVD get on Netflix more easily without the failed or buffering I used to have. Just follow the on line instructions on your PC to install the extended network. Note: You will have to revert to the regular network for your mobile devices when you move closer to the router and further from the extender.

Decent value for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fairly easy to set up. Gives the signal enough of a boost to make it usable in the upper level of a small (3 story) condo building with only one community router on the first floor.....but does not boost it to full strength. Still has occasional buffering/glitches/freezes. However, it's cheaper than paying for individual internet.

Simple and easy
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really simple and easy extender. I have a pretty small apartment so I didn’t need much. This does the job for me. The extender is only about 80 feet from my router and 2 walls separate the extender from the router. If you aren’t looking for huge coverage, this will work for you.

An affordable device that does the job
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This works as it's supposed to. Now, I'm able to get WiFi access in areas of my home where the signal strength was weak and sporadic. One of the most affordable extenders on the market.

User friendly and works like a charm
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this since the WiFi signal from my router was not making it way to back rooms of my apartment. This was no stress, no mess and worked like a charm. Highly recommended

Works as described.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Did not recognize my network setup initially so I had to manually set my network up and that was still easy to do. I have had no problems using the extender. I have vinyl siding with tin-backed insulation under it which made it hard for my wireless signal to get outside so I put this by the doors to the outside deck and am able to get a good signal outside now.

Has extended my service perimeter.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.NETGEAR - Universal Wi-Fi Range Extender with Ethernet port - White I have my router at one end of the house and an extender of another brand in the middle of the house. I could not place the original at the other end of the house as it would not extend a strong enough signal. I placed the NETGEAR at the far end of the house and now I have a strong signal to ALL parts of my house. I am assuming the signal is jumping from the router to the first extender and then to the NETGEAR. The important thing is that it is working.

Installation a snap, but don't expect long range.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A snap to install, but you have to be well within range of your primary wifi for this to work, and many home wifi's don't have much range.

EASY Setup
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easiest setup I've come across so far. Works very well even on the complete opposite side of my house where I needed it cause spectrum wifi router wont reach.

Nice wireless extender
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far i'm very pleased with this extender even if it does not support 5G since 5G does not really transmits good signals from a distance. No complaints with the 40 bucks well spent.

Great WiFi solutiIn
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I connect a 4k media player in the living room wirelessly with this extender because hardwiring to the router in the bedroom is not an option. It works great with no buffering!

Works fine but requires tech support
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not really a problem with the product. But both offices I tried it in the extender actually was slower than using the computer in the other room without it. Issues I'm pretty sure is that most modems with built-in routers are set to channel 1. Traffic jam. The extender relies on the channel of the modem and the only way to change that is to talk to your cable provider (and you know what that's like).
