Wifi internet becomes slower and slower as the signal becomes weaker; this solves that problem. I went from having about 1/3 the internet speed I was paying for, but now I am almost always at full speed. It works like a second router (has its own domain name and you can set a password), but was much easier and faster to set up. I would buy this again, though I wish it cost a bit less.

This item works great with my netgear modem to extend the range of my wireless network. my experience leads me to believe that a good modem decent internet speed and proper placement of this device will give you quality performance. No issues after I upgraded my modem and internet servive. Also why pay your cable provider for a less superior modem every month. Doesn't need to be a netgear modem just one that handles the download and upload speeds.

It works good. My gadgets upstairs pick up the wifi signal from the extender downstairs. When I bought it for my downstairs gadgets because they weren't getting a strong signal from the wifi upstairs.

Baught this to have more wi fi range. Easy to install and excellent results. Now I can enjoy wi fi all over my apartment

Our neighbors gave us their password for their internet, before I purchased this we could hardly get a decent signal. Now we can get it in every room of the house. It sometimes lags depending on how many people are on it, but it definitely helped make a difference.

I would continue to purchase this for regular customers who are having issues with signal strength in their location. *this item does not effect signal continuity, which is a service provider issue.

true to what it says it should do no problems easy installation just like it promises

I needed a little boost in wifi reception in the front of my house, and this product was recommended as a low cost option that should be adequate for my needs. The house is of moderate size (3000 sqft), with the main router located in a back office. I set up the Netgear extender about midway between router and front of house, and have had trouble free wifi all over the house ever since. Very easy to set up.

I was experiencing very poor reception prior to getting this product , now i have no more issues.

It was easy to set up but very weak in wifi signal.

I wanted to see if extending my network would help with lag while gaming, it did help, turned out needed new router anyway! Still plan on using once I get my new router, can't hurt right!!

Once I determined that I needed to log into the website to connect the device, it was smooth sailing. This replaced another Netgear extender and I believe it outperforms the last one we had. I am well pleased and would highly recommend it.
