I read reviews before I purchased the NETGEAR Extender. I’m not tech savvy and was skeptical when so many said it was very easy to set up the unit. They were correct! In less than 10 minutes, I was able to use my phone and laptop throughout the house. The instructions were clear and concise. I’m very happy with the purchase. I ordered online and it was ready very quickly.

This unit extends the wifi signal quite well - we have one extender in the kitchen and this one upstairs in the hall while the modem in is the family room in a 4000 square foot house. We now get good wifi throughout the entire house. Well worth the money!

Bought both and tried it in my home and this one gave better speeds at the same range.

I bought this product extend my wifi signal into my bedroom. The signal kept dropping since my router was on the opposite side of the apartment. This was easy to set up and works great. I currently have a streaming device, 2 phones, and a tablet all connected through the extender. I have had it for 2 months already and have not had any issues yet.

I bought this to try to boost a weak signal in a large apartment building using the shared wifi and it boosted the signal enough to get a roku player up and running. Will have to check back after a few weeks to see how consistent the signal is.

This works great. Our house is rather large and the family had complaints when trying to utilize our Wi-Fi on the other side of the house. No more issues- excellent connection.

The price is a great value. Netgear - Universal Wi-fi Range Extender With Ethernet Port worked perfect. I used this device to reach by upper rooms in the house the Wi-Fi signal saved me data usage on my phones. I can now also enjoy by laytop upstairs.

We needed a way to extend the wifi signal in our house, and this provided a simple, and effective way of getting the wifi signal to each end of our home, and of improving the connection of any devices connected to wifi.

It became necessary to set up a Wi-Fi extender in our home. I've noticed a issue with my younger son's room TV. This device has eliminated the problem. I have to mention that Best Buy rep first recommended the much higher priced solution, but we discussed this alternative and it has proved to be quality at a substantially less cost.

My access point is at one end of the house so signal at the other end was spotty at best. With this device, I now have a strong signal throughout.

Comcast sent us a new internet modem with wireless built-in. WOW!! We get a WI-FI signal of maybe 10 feet away from the device, anything further is hit or miss. When I purchased the Netgear unit at Best Buy the sales people told me they have been selling a lot of these to Comcast Customers.{interesting!!} We have called Comcast many times and even had them send a replacement Modem, we got increase in range to maybe 15 feet on receiving a signal. The Netgear WI-Fi extender really help solve the problem. Set up time was just minutes. Thanks.

This WiFi extension is so great our WiFi connection is so fast there is no bug and there’s no buffering anymore so this one I recommend this to the people.

This little unit brings the signal from a router to difficult spots in home...like the boys XBOX room, solved most of their problem, but if the signal is not powerful at the router, well that's another story.

This Wi-Fi range extender was great, it picked up signal quickly and was easy to set up

Our upstairs was not having adequate wifi coverage. One simple plug into the socket and all our wifi range issues disappeared.
