This is good range not bad for the price and I'm happy with my buy.

Brought this out to my deer camp. It successfully grabbed a WiFi connection from the main house about 40 yards away. Couldn’t ask for more

We have a 1500 square foot house with wi fi modem at one end. The extender allows us to have a good wi fi signal 30 feet away in a bedroom. We can connect to Net Flix now in the rear of the house.

I live in a house that was built in 1957, my router range was very weak, after setting up this extender I now get great reception even out to my backyard!

netgear wifi range finder works good and has good range

This worked as advertised. I purchase to beef up the WIFI signal for a TCL Roku TV the we use strictly for streaming channels. The Wifi signal was nearly non-existent. It worked on sporadically and then would freeze. Set this range extender up and the signal strength is now excellent. Was an easy and inexpensive solution.

Easy set up and solved a dead spot in our large home very inexpensively.

Due to all the wood in our older home, our wifi was not always available. We had purchased a 65" 4UHD curved TV. We had it installed as a wifi network connection. Whenever we were using it and wanted to change to Netflix or Amazon networks we would lose our wifi connection. We had our cable provider out over and over, until it was obvious the wifi we had just wasn't enough to carry over to our system. We reviewed several range extenders and with our Blue Shirt agent we purchased the NetGear Universal Wifi Range Extender. We installed it near our TV and now we very seldom lose our connection. This one will work for a small distance but not for long range reception. We have purchased another one for our son, next door. He can now use our wifi for college courses.

The NETGEAR Wi-Fi Range Extender was just what the doctor ordered! Our modem is upstairs, and our Smart TV is downstairs in the family room. Whenever we attempted to watch Netflix or Amazon Video we would lose the connection - frustrating! My son suggested that we purchase the NETGEAR Wi-Fi Range Extender, and once it was in place, our problem was solved!
