    When I turn it in wps automaticly turns on (cue neighborhood hacker laughing). It often errors out during the initial set up, trying to follow the set up guide I quickly realize it's not the same.

    I had an issue when I installed the router. Everything showed connected with the internet but none of my devices were receiving a signal. I contacted NETGEAR customer support at 9:30PM and was told this is considered a “premium model" and only certain agents can assist. Their hours are 9AM to 9PM. Even though the box and NETGEAR’s slogan is "24/7 Support". Luckily, I was able to fix the issue on my own. It makes no sense that they acknowledge this model is premium and customers are paying more money for it but they offer less customer service support.
