The features and app associated with this is very easy to use. The setup is very simple. The customer support for questions is also very good. I had an Asus router that I really liked and it could not hold a flame to this Netgear.

Product not great, customer support even worse

Last chance I gave a residential all in one a try. My recommendation is just buy the TP Link Omada small business class set up and never have to worry about these routers ever again. Customer support from Netgear is terrible and no help. They continue to go in circles asking me to provide diagnostic logs like I have nothing to do but stay at home monitoring my network.
