This netgear router was perfect for my parents second Christmas present to go along with their new kindle fire. It works as it says it does and the auto channel selection proved to work flawlessly around their group of neighbors with similar product setups. The only gripe I had was the instructions weren't as intuitive as one would've hoped as they confused my father somewhat resulting in me having to install this product in his home for him.

Got this at the recommendation of the cable guy, who we had out to fix the internet service-the xbox in my son's room got cut off all the time and he was driving me nuts about it! Also didn't have internet in the other rooms--very slow, hard to connect. Got this and instant fix-the xbox hasn't been disconnected since, and good internet in the other rooms!

I've had no problems with the device over the past month or so; easy to set up, and no glitches so far!

I would give this 5 stars. It works well in a small apartment. The router is very fast with our Internet.

Quick install. A 2 yr old can get this up and running. works great

I had a router+modem before which I used for both wired and wi-fi connection. The wired worked great but the wi-fi connection was very poor. All that changed with the Netgear's wireless N router. I get full signal in all my rooms and the speed is amazing. Of'course it depends a bit on the actual speed you are getting from your ISP but the device will get you the maximum wi-fi performance for that speed. Very pleased with the purchase

I figured that this would be a headache to set up and access; Wrong! Ridiculously easy on all counts.

The router provides a great connection with added security.

Setup is easy as claimed. An unexpected upside of this device is the "wireless access point" option that allows you to daisy-chain the new router through your old one, so that both are up and migration from one to the other doesn't have to done for every device on the same day. (I may never move the Kindles off the old router..) Yes 300 isn't as good as 600, but this is good value for money.

BEING ABLE TO USE MORE DEVICES WITH EASE AND EVERYONE IS HAPPY

Works just fine in my 1900 square foot home. No problems so far.
