impressed by its range

I do not even miss the 5ghz frequency (which this router does not have) since the normal 2.4 ghz offer very stable connection for me

It would have made it easier for setting up this product. I did call the number provided on the outside of the packaging to get the device to work properly. No phone number was listed on the instructions.

And you only had 15 days to return and I had a severe case of bronchitis that I have been trying to get over for 2 1/2 months so now I am stuck with this and out the installation fee. It wouldn't bother me so if I could return this router which was only used like 3 days. Not sure why you have that policy.
