He was no help with my printer. He suggested I buy help for either 6 or 12 months at cost from them. I said thank you and hung up. In the directions it said you had free help for 90 days, my free help ended during my initial call. After pressing lots od things on my printer I finally got it to work.

short range, otherwise ok

Heavy cables into back make the box move around on the desk. The range for WiFi seems short, seems easily blocked by just drywall. It's just OK as a basic router. I have a V5 unit.
