I have a smaller apt. (900 Sq Ft) I was looking at a larger unit but this one was recommended to me. I have had no issues with either coverage or speed. No frills but cost effective.

I was using a very old router and was losing connectivity often. I purchased this router and have had no problems in my 1300 square foot home. Easy set up for novice. Economical.

My experience may have been user error. In setting up the router, a popup wizard revealed that it couldn't install as another wifi from the cable company was already on. Once I called to remove the cable company's wifi service, I could not get the wizard to come online. HOWEVER, i called NETGEAR'S tech support, who stayed on the phone for 90 minutes until she got the wizard to get back online. This actually is a positive review for NETGEAR's tech support, who had to go into my computer, assess then reset the settings to allow the product to work properly. She didn't give up, until the job was done! That support service is what i look for, that stands behind it's products. Now the router works flawlessly! Thanks NETGEAR!!!

This is the first router I have had to set up. Simple instructions and good link to a web site (after the router is on and operating). The one thing they need to warn you about is it takes 3 to 5 minutes to boot up the first time.

it is a good router when you are in a 20 ft radius. However the connection seems to be on and off if you go further away from that

This router is very simple to use. I bought it for my mom who is not very tech savvy and needed a simple router to use for one laptop and wifi on her phone. It took 2 minutes to set up and was very simple to connect her devices.

It is a good router for people just getting a router or for people who can't afford to spend a bunch on their router. Works decently for online gaming and well for Netflix.

I purchased this in order to avoid paying Comcast any more money than necessary. Plus with this router I can handle pretty high speeds in my house on multiple devices over WiFi.

I needed Wi-Fi access, and when the cable company was less than helpful, I compared this product with several others. For the price, and the EXTREME ease to set it up, I highly recommend it. It doesn't replace the modem, but allows protected Wi-Fi throughout the house. AWESOME!

I didn't really know what to look for other than price and ease of set up. This product met my expectations. It is reasonable price and all I had to do was plug it in and set up my password (which is supplied)

The first one I bought had a defect and didn't work. That was frustrating, but once we replaced it with a new one we haven't had any problems. Great signal throughout the house even when using multiple devices!

Very easy to set up and use. Reaches the corners of our 2500 sq ft home but the far reaches have only one bar of service. We will need to add a range extender. Should have bought a stronger router to begin with.

We live in a small townhouse, and it works all rooms. My 13 year-old child did a set-up without my help. So it is quite easy to use. It was not too pricy, and meets all our expectations.

We bought the Netgear router through Best Buy online for our daughter who was attending college out of state. She was able to pick it up the same day at her local store. The router and the service worked great.

It's a cheaper router, you can't expect perfection or the latest and greatest tech. That said it was an improvement over my previous, easy to set up, and has had solid performance and hasn't needed to be restarted yet since owning (which has been quite a few weeks now).

I bought this to replace a router for my father-in-law. He primarily uses the internet for e-mail and web surfing on his iPad. This router had very favorable reviews on every site I checked, was very easy to set up, and works perfectly (and fast) for his needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to someone, and Best Buy's price was equivalent to the lowest I found.

If it lasts as I expect it to, it will have been a great purchase. It is small so it takes up little room, was easy to set up and has performed flawlessly. Time will tell.

Hooked it up with no issues. Much better than my old one that was about 4 years old. Steam Netflix, surf internet with no problems in our approx. 1,500 s/f home.

I had already owned the previous version of this, so its setup was very easy. It connected to our AT&T U-verse box without any problem, and we've had success with both wired and wireless connections.

Great buy! It does everything we need it to do! Speed, performance, overall great deal. And the price was reasonable
