The new router was needed and is performing fine.

I took their advise as I always do, and they came to my home and installed same. The installation cleared up the difficulties that I was having and I am a satisfied customer. Thank You.

I am new to adding any components to my home pc, but needed to so as to use in conjunction with our new phones. Very happy with it and am a long time buyer at Best Buy.

High speeds, better than the previous router

The only minor problem is that I have to switch to another ID name when I move from room to room since I live in a condo with thick walls. It's easy with an iPad. It responds to the most powerful router in the area.

He told me that router cannot connect to another router. I know he's just doing what he was trained at Best Buy. But I told him that it does work and I have no problem with it. Kudos to the associative that's trying to sell
