Great suggestion by the sales person to buy this router based on what I told him I wanted/needed and what I did not want. He listened and sold me a product I am now pleased with. Thank you Best Buy!!!

We're in our late 60S, bought a kindle fire hd & router,for the wife to read books, was told instructions included. They are but you must get the machine working first. Could not activate router with code, could not figure how to type in #s and letters. Called store; was told Geek squad would help but for a fee. Thanks alot for nothing. As a non geek from the distant past will shop elsewhere in the future where I'm not Penalized for not being up on things.

The router is perfect for a home with 1 or 2 devices. We have about 7 devices and find the signal to be on the weak side.

Working great for a newcomer to the technology and the staff at my Best Buy asked enough questions to get the right product for my needs. So I am happy.

My old Router Died ! the Geek Squad came in and confirmed it! They had my new Netgear router in their vehicle. It was hooked up w/o problems and I was back on line in nothing flat!

Works well. Good signal throughout the entire house. Only wish it worked on our deck.

I just bought a smart phone, and it is nice not having to use up all my data when I am around home. Also my friends can use it too, when they come over. I am totally satisfied with the product.

We were changing internet ISP's and comboned what we already had for the tv. Bit confusing at first until we found out the parts we needed but that was due to the Internet company not the product.

The router I bought was probably a bit larger than I needed. But I replaced a net gear that finally after a few years gave out so I was going to purchase another net gear product from Best Buy

This was a great buy for my small office. The salesman thought I should buy a larger more expensive router but this works perfectly for my needs.

If your connection isn't super fast and you don't need gigabit wired connections then this is just the thing for you.

My internet signal was not strong enough in my whole house. Geek squad guy installed this along with some adapters and problem solved!

I've had this router for a month or two now with zero problems - no dropped connections or anything. I like the vertical form factor because it is more space efficient. I recommend it to anybody.

I had a wireless n previously. Actually it was the older iteration and it worked great. Got this new one, and the price was great. Took it home, easy installation but when I tried to log on, things were slower that the previous router. Still working on it but I feel it should be faster.
