Bought to use as a wireless access point for our upstairs since our AC router is in our basement and signal sucks upstairs. Works perfect and I even get full signal outside in my yard. Would definitely recommend.

First, works great...great connection. I couldn't be happier. If you're technically inept, this thing even comes with an easy to remember password! You won't have to go thru any kind of tech nightmare process.

We have a small business office and this product was recommended by our IT consultant. Comes with preset password or you can change to your own - installation took less than 8 minutes. Good quality product!

Bought this for my parents 2 story house and set it up right in the middle of the house down stairs. The range covers all of downstairs into the garage as well as all the bedrooms upstairs. I was almost thinking about getting a wifi range booster at the same time just in case but it looks like I wont need to. The web based setup is straightforward. I usually disable the WPS function which was easy to do. I like that this router will check for firmware updates, download and upgrade with just a couple clicks.

We already had the same one except it got old and finally died so we ended up buying the same thing just a newer one and it works great. No complaints.

I was hesitant on this purchase considering my previous housing location was provided with the NetGear N900. The N300 is a great router all around for the price.

My 10 year old WiFi router suddenly stopped routing both WiFi and cabled connections. With a college student at home and general family Internet access at stake, Dad had to move fast. A quick check of features and prices led me to this Netgear unit. I didn't even have to do the install myself as the college student took care of that - he quickly and easily hooked up the router, created a new WiFi network, and set up security. He had never done any such thing before, so I was quite impressed. The router has worked flawlessly since installation. Netgear also has a great network management app, Genie, that enables me to see all connected devices and a sister subnetwork that connects via a PowerLine connection.

This router is a Great Buy for the price, it's slim small design works great for small spaces and the set up was customer friendly, fast and simple. For entry level broadband it serves it's purpose.

This replaces an Apple product for me which shutdown after 5 years of use... no chance to repair it... Apple said buy a new one. When I asked why should I buy another Apple, they said try to get a better one. Well I did. This product performs so much better... it's faster and has greater range than the Apple product. And if it breaks, Netgear will replace it... thanks Apple for making me go look.

We went into Best Buy needing a new router. I had no knowledge about what I was looking for and the associate helping us did laugh and tell me mine was a dinosaur (I'd brought it with me)! He asked me a couple of questions about my needs and showed me exactly what I needed. The one I'd had would go off two or three times a week and I'd have to unplug everything to reset it. My NETGEAR has not gone off one time. Very reasonably priced also.

Great unit at a very fair price! I was pleased with the ease of setup and distance the unit reached.

The directions made this super easy to install. I was worried about the difficulty to install, but I had no need to fear! It only took a moment to connect to the modem and get the internet connected on our devices. The directions were so nice and easy to follow. The router has been working well in our small home with quick internet access from all rooms and even outside the house in the yard. The only downside is that the router is in the bedroom and the lights are extremely bright at night.

An easy to use, simple to setup router. Great for the none technical as well as the more advanced user. Would recommend to anyone looking to set up their first network or to replace an existing router.

The application was just for a small office and the router does exactly what is supposed to. No frills but enough ports and very good price. Not the first Netgear router bought and won't be the last.

It gets the job done. Easy to set up and covers the entire house. Sometimes the Wi-Fi does get a little finicky at times but after a reset it, the modem goes back to normal. Only a handful of times this occurred probably due to our network provider. All in all works way better than our last modem, we had the Belking. I guess it was out of date. We got this one back 2012 and it's 2016. Good service over all and it's still keeps on ticking.

We needed a router for our vacation property. The sales rep explained everything I needed to know. The router was easy to install and works fine.

I am not very hi tech so I was glad that this product had clear instructions and installation went smothley

I purchased the NETGEAR - Wireless-N Router to create a private network for a sound mixer. It has a powerful wifi signal that was able to reach a great distance and work perfect for my application.

Bought this product to replace an older version. It works great and the reach of the wi-fi is great. Runs multiple devices without a problem!

This is the standard no-frills router I purchase for my home and small business clients. Never had any failures out of dozens of installations.
