    I need to make another call now as I get an error message that says I cannot connect. I am at a loss of where to turn next, Any ideas would be welcome. I bought this brand on recommendation from your sales person saying it was much more reliable that other brands you sell. If that is the case, I would hate to see what a mess the others are.
