    The customer service at the manufacturer is horrible. Each time I've called, I've been sent to India, and the language barrier has been difficult. Each time I've called, I've been on the phone for about an hour and I've called three times. Two times with the same problem, the third time a different one. They try to hard sell a maintenance agreement to use after the initial warranty is up. We still cannot connect a different device to the wireless network and I haven't called because I simply cannot face what I will have to go through.
