    But the best buy store was not helpful and I had to wait to pay for my item and there was no one around. There were no customers so I don't know why know one was at the register. Kind of like Home Depot. No one around to help.

    After owning this router for just under 4 weeks, it went back to Best Buy. Numerous dropped connections every single minute and the lack of support from Netgear, even though the device was less than 30 days old, was enough for us. Best Buy took it back without issues even though I no longer had the box, and within 10 minutes I left the store with a new router and the previous purchase credited back to my debit card.
