I love that one, this one didn’t have the abilities my internet provider needed to make it happen for me so I exchanged it. He Best Buy why can’t I choose that one to review?

I tried getting Geek Squad to assist, since I purchased the plan, and even to that extend I wasn't able to activate the router to use in my home.

My husband works for the cable co and said that it has nothing to do with it. Our phone and tv work fine so its not the cable service. It has to be the router. Not sure what to do at this point. Not too happy
