I spent 2 hours waiting for and work with tech support. After all that the tech said they have had problems with this unit and I should return it... I got a Linksys and it was easy to install and was working in a few minutes...8-)

I thought it was a good deal to have this for $22 until I saw that there is no coverage in the next room in a two bedroom apartment. The walls are solid concrete but still you would expect to have coverage. I will return it to get something else.

Created wireless in my home, works well. No complaints so far

i have 1200 sqft house and it doesnt cover whole area.

The router is slow when you connect it to many computers, its ok for a couple computers but more then 2 your performance goes down a lot. Replaced this router with another and have had no problems.

Purchased this model to replace a Netgear router that had stopped working after 7 years. Installed according to instructions. The signal went in and out. Contacted Netgear support. Beware! The tech support person accessed my computer and now the computer turns on and off by itself. Router does not work. My computer is not working properly anymore. Took the router back to Best Buy. They wouldn't take it back because it was past the 15 day return policy time. It may work for you, but l wouldn't recommend it. So now l have lost my money and had to pay to have my computer fixed. Totally frustrated.

I bought the first one, With in a few days it started dropping the connections for my husbands laptop and my cell phone. I constantly had to reset it. Took it back to Best Buy. Exchanged it for another one (just in case). The second had the same problems. I am pretty computer literate, but trying to reset this thing was a huge pain. This is a low end $$$ piece of junk. You do get what you pay for. DON'T BUY IT.

Easy to install. But had to power it off and reset it all the time. Exchanged it for another one. Same problem. Returned it and got a Linksys instead. It works great!!

Don't be fooled by the number of reviews this product has like I was. I went to the store and saw so many boxes stacked on the shelves. I thought it was bc they wanted to keep them in stock bc it was such a good item and a best seller. I was wrong. There are probably so many of the shelf bc people return them like I did. The Internet dropped several times a day. I checked to see tgat the firmware was up to date and it was. Unplugging and replugging it so often became quite annoying. I returned it and am using an Apple Airport instead. Don't waste your time and money with this product!

It's a good thing these come with a lifetime warranty. I have had four fail within the last year, and I did not get a fifth. They each stopped any transmission of data, including through hard wired cables. On trying a reboot two never powered back up, the other two showed no improvement. Best Buy's customer service has been great, and I now have a Belkin router as a replacement.

I used it for about a week before taking it back because the range was not that good and I had it up and in the middle of my home.

Installation involved connection via Ethernet only (no modem). Instructions in package did not address this type of connection. Took 2 hours with overseas Tech Support to get this working.

I just plugged all the connections it the back and plugged it in to the outlet and it does a great job with no problems at all.

I purchased this item a few days before Christmas, and ended up returning it the day after. It was absolute garbage. Its possible it was a defective router, but I was very disappointed and ended up buying another brand from a different retailer as I was disappointed with the merchandise and the return transaction. I know how to set up computers, routers, etc and the person who took the return made me feel like i didn't know what i was doing and the router was perfectly fine. Thats why i chose to go to a different retailer to buy a replacement

Gives a Wi-Fi range of about 25 feet; anything after that is garbage speeds. Only upside is if you need it at your desk and don't use Wi-Fi anywhere else.

I bought this router for faster speed because I added a extra laptop, but haven't seen any difference from my old less expensive router to this new more expensive router.
