Purchased to resolve some wireless deadspot issues in my home. This product was recommended by your staff and it fits the bill exactually. I have two desktops and four laptops that all access the wireless at home. We no longer have problems in whichever room we happen to be in and can access the internet on any of the computers. This prodiuct was purchased with installation and I highly recommend that way to go. It took the Geek Squad technician about 10 minutes to have everything up and running and changed over. Great service - great product!

Particularly impressed with the router's ability to produce a wireless signal reaching all rooms of my home, especially my master bedroom, seeing that the router is located in the living room and is about 30 feet away. The sleek design is an eye pleaser, the technical specifications are simple yet delivers a clean signal without interuption. I am excited to tell my friends about this great purchase. The instructions were easy to follow. Installation took about 20 minutes. It works great with no slow down to my internet speed. No complaints.

Mostly used for light internet surfing as well as frequent video and tv streaming, my home internet is constantly in use through several devices at once. My previous wireless router was a complete disappointment - the signal was repeatedly lost, streaming media was an aggravation because even short segments would have to stop and load every 90 seconds or so, and sometimes during cloudy weather I would have to take my laptop into the same room as my desktop to get any use out of it. What's the point of that? As a result, I had expected to have to spend a few hundred bucks on something that would deliver what I wanted from my wireless service. After reading a number of reviews for this router, I decided to give it a try even though it was MUCH less expensive than I had anticipated. Thank goodness for these reviews! This router suits my needs perfectly and has given me and my family the freedom to access dependable internet service at any time and from any point on our property, including outside. In the past month there has only been a single instance when a Netflix movie had to stop and load, and even then it was only for about 5 seconds. This product is a great value for the price, and I would recommend it to anyone.

I bought this for a client who need a Wireless Router for her new Acer Laptop and for a HP Wireless printer. I also own a Netgear router and they are very easy to setup , plus signal is very good. Would recommend this to anyone who need a wireless router in their house.

Best Buy sales rep helped me choose what was best for our needs. The N300 was fairly easy to install. The set up directions were quite good but the online options and controls need to be easier to use. Took awhile to figure out how to reset the firewall filter but all has been great since that was done. Highly recommend this unit.

This router was setup in three minutes, has a lot of documentation in the admin control panel, and carries a solid connection. My router is on the second floor, and we stream Netflix, Megavideo, and YouTube downstairs on our PS3 and desktop PC without a single problem. Devices working on this router: Desktop PC, 2 laptops (including Mac), 2 iPhone 4s, 1 iPod Touch, PS3, XBox360, and Wii Occasionally the signal strength meter will only show partial connection, but my speed is a constant and faster than my old router.

Purchased this router as an upgrade for a D-link DI-524. The coverage on the D-link was ok but i live in a 3 story house and like to take my laptop to the basement but the coverage was not good. Installed the Netgear(took me about an hour) I was able to connect in places that i was not able to connect before(including the basemsent). I was also able to connect my Wii,PSP and My son's DS thru the Wifi with no problems.

Pretty good range and the set up was simple. I was able to set it up in a wuick 15 min or less.

I have already owned two other netgear routers so, when my latest router downloaded updated firmware and then died, decided to try a belkin. BAD CHOICE! Read my review on the belkin and that'll explain it. Took the belkin back, got this netgear router, took it home, hooked it all up and bingo! I was back in business. Within 15 minutes had it all set up including setting up the encryption. Haven't had a problem since.

I was able to set it up easy. So far, I have no complaints, good internet speed, no connection drops. I am happy with my purchase.

I guess the best wireless router is the one that you don't even realize you have. If that is true, then it applies to this one in spades. It is as Ron Popeil says, set it and... forget it. It took me barely 10 minutes to install. So far it hasn't dropped any connections, and I am getting all the Internet bandwidth that my DSL modem supplies. Haven't tried intra-net performance yet. Overall, a refreshing contrast with the buggy "Linksys by CISCO" Wireless-G router that I bought the previous week and had to return in a hurry.

Wireless very strong signal. Very easy to setup. Laptop connects and does not drop signal.

Netgear N300 was simple to setup. It was very straightforward to make it a secured wireless connection. It is compatible with my Windows 7 operating system (I had an older Linksys router which didn't work with Windows 7). Overall very happy with the router. I have not had any issues or interuptions to my internet connection.
