Bought this unit on recommendation of store personnell due to being on sale and it came with free GeekSquad in home hookup. No problems with it, GeekSquad service is phenomenal, great buy for the money.

LOVE IT! Replaced my dlink and WOW! Have it in an Upstairs office at one side of the house and have wireless on 2 desktops downstairs on the other end of the house... and i get 5 BARS!!!! WOW! IMPRESSED!!! Buy it people... you wont be disappointed...

I read all the reviews, I did all the comparison shopping, I put off on getting a router until I found "the right one" Well, this is it. Easy as pie to install, works like a charm, hooked it up and my wi-fi is fabulous. I highly recommend this.

The setup was easy and for the most part problem free. Router gives access to the home computer, a laptop and an Ipod touch. Enjoy the accessibility and flexibility. A great improvement to the other router I attempted to setup with no success.

With my other router, it would take up to 5 minutes to download a movie from Netflix, and than the signal would drop and the movie would have to reload signal, which could take 5 or more minutes if at all. Netgear's router has boosted signal where it takes about 30 to 45 seconds to download, and no iterruptions.

I am completely impressed with this product. Not being computer literate, but familiar with electronics, this was the easiest piece of hardware to connect ever. I would highly recommend this product to family and friends. As for the ease of set-up, it made it stress-less. I was up and running in under 10 minutes.

I got my NetGear router after purchasing a second computer for home use. It took me 25 minutes to install and hasn't given me a problem since I turned it on. I recommend this router for anyone that needs to have wireless internet access. It was definitely worth the money spent and the time taken to install it.

I had 2 Linksys models and neither worked just right. This Net Gear was recommended by the store sales man and he was right on the mark with his recommendation. The setup was flawless, it took no more than 5 minutes and I had a desk top and 2 laptops up and running. I couldnt be happier, it also runs my I-Touch.

I got this router after my D-Link wireless router of 7 years finally died. Right out of the box the setup was very easy. Unlike older routers that required a physical connection, this allowed me to connect and setup via wi-fi. After about a week, I noticed that it was no longer broadcasting the wi-fi name and my iphone could not find it. I would have to manually power it off. Once it rebooted, I could connect. I tried searching their knowledge base, but could not find any solution. I found a work around by scheduling the wi-fi radio to go off at 3:30am and back on at 4:00am. So far I haven't had any issues. I like the guest network feature.

Had the router setup in 5 minutes. Worked fine. Downloading the Netgear Genie is a must so that you can access controls easily. To change controls requires a user name and password. After 30 minutes of navigating the support website, I finally found that the user name is preset to admin and the password is password (very original). I have a cable modem and it worked wonderfully for the first 24 hours, then periodic connection drops persisted. After 2 days of research and multiple resets, I found the key to end the drops. You have to go into the router settings and upgrade the firmware to the latest edition and then change the router setting to use the MAC address of the computer with the netgear genie downloaded. Connection issues have ceased for 4 days now and counting. I think it's a keeper now.

This is a very good router for the money and I have enjoyed it so far. Easy to setup and use. Connecting has been a breeze and I love the fact that is a WPS button so connecting to Wi-Fi devices has been a snap. Great product. I recommend it to anybody looking for a good internet connection.

This router was the only one that we could get to work in my apt. building. The Geek Squad installed it easily and it works perfectly. I have had several other basic routers with endless problems. This one is fast and very efficient.

I'm a Netgear fan and this product has not disappointed. Easy installation instructions and quickly on the internet. With the enclosed CD, able to setup security on the wireless effortlessly. The connectivity to my laptop was immediate and even improved the performance. For the money, this is a great buy.

Was very user friendly as far as the supplied installation software is concerned. Other than that, I can't say I've had any problems with it since its been up and running.

I purchased this router, because I needed to upgrade my current netgear router to wireless N. The setup was super easy. You just pop in the CD, answer a few questions such as name and password and it does all of the hard work for you.

Bought this for my Mom so she could have a simple wifi network in her home. I didn't have much trouble setting it up but I'm sure she would never have been able to set up a network with decent security using the assistant.

Worked great. Problem is it created a password to use that needs to be written down or remembered instead of the standard serial number. Very easy to setup and install.

My experience has been wonderful. My last router was also a Netgear, but became ill due to heat. The set up was easy and the WPS is great for automated connection with out using the character keys and entering a code. I'm very happy

I went to best buy for a router. I asked a sales person his suggestion nothing fancy just something to get the job done. I set it up myself which says a lot bc im not good with that kind of stuff and so far so good.

This router is for a small home but delivers on the speeds it promises. The last Netgear I purchased was back in 2005. The same basic interface exists in the setup and use of it. I'm quite satisfied with the purchase.
