I went to purchase a Belkin router. The salesman told me that they break easily and recommended this one and another one. I purchased the N300 and installed it this morning. VERY easy to set up AND to connect my iPod and iPad. So far so good!

Easy to install, easy to program, easy to connect to. Has a quick connect button for computers that support it. I bought this to stream movies to my TV. Does a good job with standard def.

Very easy to install and set up, however be aware that if you have an issue after 90 days you will get NO tech support for your issue unless you buy a $69 or $99 extended support. My wireless is incredibly slow and I went through the troubleshooting with my ISP which after tests found no issues with their services. I called Netgear and they wouldn't even do troubleshooting! I had to pay first. My router is only 6 months old. With such a crowded market there is nothing special about Netgear's N Router above and beyond the others to warrant it's purchase. I am extremely frustrated with the level of service and you probably will be too if you ever need tech support.

This is a good router and very easy to set up. I wish it was a 5GHz but it is 2.4 GHz and that is not as fast as I would like but it is fine for most peoples computer configurations.

I had trouble with other "wireless" routers being able to send a signal in our entire house (the house is constructed of cement block) This router appears to have solve that problem!

this router took me about 15 minutes to set up havent had a problem since i am using it to play wii watch netflix on the tv and surf the internet and i havent noticed any loss in speed

this router does exactly what it's expected to do. i just bought a kindle fire and did not have wireless in the house this works perfectly for that and makes my fire faster than my desk top. it only took about ten minutes to install.

When our computer went down, I needed a new router ASAP. My husband ran by and picked this one up, and we were back online in under an hour. Very easy directions to follow for setup.

This thing is so easy you plug it in and put the disk in and it works- super easy. Good range but doesn't work outside the house very far but we use 5 or 6 devices with no trouble

Router works good for Windows 7 computer, but does not work for my older XP computers. Overall very pleased with the router.

works great i have had no issues. the rotor is great and valued priced, i would recommend this as a purchase for anyone looking to get full wireless capability at a great value.

Does a good job of handling 2 laptops, 3 towers, and wireless printing for all the above. Netgear, it's the first time we've used their product and are really satisfied with it.

So far I've owned this router for over 2years, and it still works as brand new. I LOVE this product and the brand, though you do pay a little more for NetGear it's totally worth it in the long run. I first owned a Belkin N 150 Wireless Router, and it was a horrible router, it worked for only half a month than it constantly dropped the internet itself. Then I owned a Cisco, it worked better but again after about a month it was useless. I had very doubts for NetGear but what other better option did I have, so i payed a little more for it and never regretted it. I probably will get the new 802.11ac NetGear routers some time, but until then I know this router will surely work for me as long as I need. I even bought the same brand router to my friend and she never experiences any problems.

i just followed the CD and instructions and i was done installing and using my wireless internet in about 10 minutes. Great strength and i still get signals everywhere i go.

Our house is a single story brick ranch. This router reaches everywhere, including my workshop out behind my house. I have no problem watching Netflix (streaming video). I am very happy with this unit and it was really easy to hookup.

This router was a great buy. The only problem I had was installing it on my older computer which has issues anyway. When I tried to install it on a newer laptop it was a piece of cake. And it works for what I need, at a great price.

Reasonably priced, very easy to set up and use, it does what its supposed to do. I use it for my iPad and to stream movies through my PS3 and DVD player (fast downloads)

Good home router with good security option beyond WEP. If you just have WEP, its suseptible to breakins. This is a good, less expensive, choice for a home wireless router.
