Wanted a router with no problems. This is it, no problems. Works Great

Good price, easy installment, good internet speed and great wireless range.

This is my second wireless router. So I don't have much experience. My old D-Link was fine for several years, but recently started requiring resetting many times a day. I didn't know if it was the modem, router, computer or Qwest that was the problem. The sales people thought it was the router. The new Netgear seems flawless so far. I didn't know these things could just go bad.

it may seem easy to install at first, but connecting to the internet can be difficult. if you cant get it to work within 5 mins. just call the technical support line. they will have you hooked up within 15mins. they were very helpful and I was able to get right online with all 3 laptops in the house.

My review is the same as most of the 1 start reviews. Had the product for 6 months. During most of the time the product worked; however the last couple of weeks it has started to drop the connection. Was so bad yesterday, it wouldn't stay online more than about 1 minute before having to re-boot again and again...finally nothing. Netgear's tech support is only free for 90 days. The tech (from the phillipines, of course) said he would have to charge me $39.99 to help me. If he got it working, and it happened again in three days, I would be charged another $39.99....or I could buy a 6 month service plan for $79.99 or a year plan.... yada yada, yada. Fortunately, I can buy a new router for basically $39.99!!! So, i'm buying a new router.... won't be a netgear!!! Am going back to Lynsis/Cisco. My last one lasted 4 years. Hope I have similar good luck again.

The cost and value make this router a great buy and it was easy to install.

The setup is not easy at all which has completely overshadowed the fact that it is a good modem. I am not a techie by any means and have spent hours trying to connect the modem to my laptops. What a pain!! Instruction booklet is only helpful for connecting the hard wired computer.

This was much easier to set up than previous routers I have purchased.

The router is by far the most powerful one I have ever gotten. After buying one a year for 3 years (after each one of the broke) I went for this one because warranty. Its level of power throughout my house is substantially higher than any other I've used. The only glitch was in mating it to the Cable. Their phone help was very helpful and the problem was resolved.

Easy to install, works much better than Linksys modem it's replacing.

I'm not at all techie saavy; this product was EASY and performs great.

Works great with HD video streaming. Very quick on all internet uses.
