Bought 2 of these for a my large house. They both suck and will only run for 5-6 hours until needing to be rebooted. HORRIBLE product.!!!! Would never buy them again. Total garbage. The customer support sucks too.

I was excited when I picked up this router for $50 on Black Friday. Two weeks later the router stopped working both wirelessly and wired to my computers. Had to take it back to the store and exchange it for new one. Hopefully this was a fluke, but I would look at other models before purchasing this one for the $90 regular price tag.

This Item I return due to a D Link proved better in gaming and desktop tests. Wireless it fails and connected its a hassle to host wc3 or even try to have your own server. So if you DL alot and play online with xbox or ps3. you would need to have it plugged in instead of wireless. really a shame. Buy a Linksys or a DLink

I bought this and the setup wizard would not work. I called support and it took the rep 2 hours to get it to work. I had an issue after 60 days called support and they said it wasn't covered. I could get support for my 45 dollar modem for the small sum of 129 dollars. Its a disposable modem

My LG Blu-Ray Player would not connect to the internet through the wired port. The Blu-Ray player had connected to the internet on my old router with no problem. I returned the router and bought a refurbished Linksys wired router that immediately connected the Blu-Ray player to the internet.

Everytime I try to do anything with this router it constantly gives me the error message something a long the lines of "Can't perform this action when WPS is running". So what i have to do is actually start WPS then cancel it then I can save any changes I've made to the router.

This is the only reason I purchased it. The web albums are there but every time I try to view them a screen comes up saying ( There may be network congestion ) I can not find anyone to help me take care of this problem.

My Belkin died so i run to bestbuy to get this netgear. followed all instructions on the manual and after three hours trying to get into the router and change the settings, i gave up. taking it back tomorrow. What a waste of time.

I have it in my apartment, and it resets itself about 3 times a day, causing me to wait about 3 or 4 minutes for it to start up again. I might just have gotten a bad one, but the one I have is awful.

issues after six months. weakness signal, constant signal drop. 2-3 hours with terrible customer service to "diagnose" the problem. customers pay one way shipping for replacement. no more Netgear for me. id gladly donate this router to the CEO, for free! even shipping!

It work finebut no better than the 10 year old linksys.

This item didn't meet my needs. Performance was slow.

This router worked great for about a week. After that it needs constant rebooting and it takes forever to make a connection. When I contacted technical support, they said I needed to buy a computer manitenance package from them to get "optimal performance"

I have to refresh my pages every 30 seconds, literally, NO JOKE.! iI may as well just disconnect my cable because with this router, it's just like not having internet. Cheaper routers have worked better. What a disappointment. I'm returning this router asap.

My review is solely based on the fact that I could not log onto my network when it was created. It may have been just our free internet not being compatible with the router. This product was recommended and I am pretty sure it is good product.

Wait until you have to call Netgear's customer service dept...good luck understanding them...totally outsourced and trained to upsell you on some $69.99 coverage so that they can answer your question. STAY AWAY FROM NETGEAR...TRUST ME!

I have a 60MB per second download speed internet connection and this router drops the connection several times per day. It worked flawlessly on 30MB download speeds. So if you have a slower connection you'll be fine.

Was hard to set up and after 2hours on the phone waiting for tec support then got a message to leave a message. Instrution cd was poor. Still haveing problems with it. If I do not get some help today . Will take back to Best Buy for refund.

Had to power device off and on to restart wirless network. Very likely a defective power supply. Returned device back to store.

This is the worst router I have ever had. It freezes once ore sometimes twice a day. This is so annoying to restart the router. This piece of cheap plastic goes back to best buy. We should call the store WORST BUY!!!
