I set up this router twice and it would not connect to Internet. Online and phone help was not helpful.

sometimes it works--sometimes it doesn't. had set up done by geek squad member who clearly was just eager to install and leave. no instructions. have had my geek friends look at it and they can't figure it out either.

I had a Belkin router fo 5 years. After that time it started to drop the signal. Netgear was recomended to me for movies etc. After less than 1 year I replaced it with another Belkin. Netgear was a piece of s&^$

Don't buy this router. It stopped working after 13 months. Not worth the $49.99 I paid for it. It was supposed to save me money as compared to using a cable provider router. WRONG! Total waste of money.

This router is a piece of junk. Had to be re-set about every six hours. Poor signal propagation pattern! Tech support blamed ISP. ISP blamed router. Bought Cisco router at ISP suggestion. Problems GONE!

Not sure if I just got a lemon or what, but must reboot router after 1 to 2 hours of use as signal just drops. We're not streaming videos or anything, just surfing the web and checking emails.

They did not have the router I wanted so I tried this one. Done this before and I have an IT background. Took it back and went and bought my first choice somewhere else.

it was really hard to set up. it also crashed my modem. unless you are computer savvy do not get one. it was priced right though. middle of the road compared to others.

hooked it up but my wireless printer won,t work now. i called the store but they wouldn,t help and i tried the geek squad but they won,t help unless i buy the service.

The Geek Squad tried to install my new Netgear Router but determined that it was defective and did not work. Had to return to the store to get a replacement Router.

two days of work and it never got installed. Ended up taking it back. the price was good but the east of use and installation were horrible. never again!!!

Netgear has been a good brand for me until now. This router failed after 6 months of normal use. Terrible product and a waste of 70 bucks.

Unit couldn't keep me online when it was 10 foot in front of me. I returned it , spent another $20 and bought a real router (cisco)

If your home is 1600 sq.ft. or more do not waste you time. It would not provide a good connection two rooms away.

I followed the instructions and my computer received the signal but there was no internet. Even plugged in hard wired, nothing.

This is not a gigabit router, for some reason everyone has thiis listed as it and it is not.

I started to hook this router up and the message cam up tht it does not support operating system. which is the Windows 7.

I have to return the item for an exchange. That isn't easy. I live in a retirement community.

World worst router, please don't buy it, the technical support don't know what they are doing

THIS ROUTER WILL NEED REBOOTING AT LEAST TWICE A DAY CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT
