This is a great router for the money. It was easy to set up and has good range.

It works super fast, I haven't had a problem with this device what so ever.

I have been using this type of router for a long time. My last one was damaged by a power surge of some kind. based upon the service from the last one I replaced it with the same type which was very easy to install and is working as it should.

We are very happy with this product. It works well, and was very easy to install. It comes with a preset network name (SSID) and a preset security key. You can change the setup if needed, but that is not necessary. It was as close to "plug and play" as you can get.

Easy to install and set up. Internet was up and going in a matter of minutes.

Replaced my old netgear with this. I can't complain about the range or speeds I get from it. It is not unusual to have about 6 devices pulling from it at one time, x boxes, phones, etc...no issues after several weeks..for the money you cant go wrong with this.

Works great,no problems with setup. Used with wireless adapter.

This router saved me a monthly fee with my ISP and it was a breeze to set up

I am a fan of NetGear equipment for home networking. This is a Basic series router operating in the 2.5 GHz and 5.0 GHz bands on the 802.1n protocols. Set up is easy and it can be operated in standard mode (as a router) or configured to be an extender for another router (what I did). It is not a MIMO router (shares the same pipeline for sending and receiving) and it does not support AC protocols. In short, this is a Good basic router not built for high performance or high throughput that is well suited to acting as a range extender or serving internet pages but not online gaming or feeding lots streaming devices.

this router was easy to connect considering it is my first time buying one.

Bought this for my girlfriend, and it was incredibly easy to set up. She was online in less than five minutes, wifi password set up and everything. Couldn't believe it was under $40. Awesome.

When I hooked it up I attempted to check for upgrades. I ad an issue doing this and called customer service and was told by them it was not necessary. The network would be fine for awhile then just disappear. I called customer service back and the communication barrier was too great to overcome so I went the email option. It took 2 weeks of back and forth emails to get to the point of determining I needed to do upgrades like I wanted to originally. Once this was accomplished the system has worked perfectly. The customer service department continued to email me to tell me what else to do even after I told them it was corrected. Great product for the price as long as you don't need any assistance!

Purchased this router for a very small office and it is working great!!

I got this because I got tired of renting a modem from Comcast and needed a new router because it was so slow. Had problems getting it going, so had to call comcast. They couldn't get it added to my account because they couldn't delete my old modem because of its old code. I had to go to local comcast store for them to remove the code from my account. It works now, but it seems there is more buffering than I had before. When I'm sitting right next to it I only have 2 bars on my phone, although download speeds, when tested, are better than I had. Hmm... When you are not techy, like myself, you don't know if the problem is the router or the modem because it's a combo. If doing this all over again I would buy modem/router separate.

Got this due to some compatibility issues with my old one. FOund it on sale at the store and brought it home. Worked with no issues right of the box with all my devices.

Had a large area to cover with various users worked well & set up was easy.

Great Product, After researching for routers all over market, I picked this one considering need and price. For small Apartments, and 2-3 users, its great product. No Speed / performance issue.
