Got this due to some compatibility issues with my old one. FOund it on sale at the store and brought it home. Worked with no issues right of the box with all my devices.

I got this because I got tired of renting a modem from Comcast and needed a new router because it was so slow. Had problems getting it going, so had to call comcast. They couldn't get it added to my account because they couldn't delete my old modem because of its old code. I had to go to local comcast store for them to remove the code from my account. It works now, but it seems there is more buffering than I had before. When I'm sitting right next to it I only have 2 bars on my phone, although download speeds, when tested, are better than I had. Hmm... When you are not techy, like myself, you don't know if the problem is the router or the modem because it's a combo. If doing this all over again I would buy modem/router separate.

This router is easy to set up, works perfectly, and i have no complaints

Needed a little more speed for the area. This was just right.Easy set up for the inexperienced.Actually first one I found that I havent had a problem with. Two tvs. Three laptops all running at good speed for a 1000 square foot area

it works just fine. we use a lot of devices and we get fast internet.

We have had issues in our home with wifi connections on different floors and rooms. We tried repeaters and all sorts of solutions like moving devices around, etc. Once we bought this and replaced our old router our problems definitely decreased. We have been very happy with this product.

This router is much faster and more dependable than our previous one.

This is my second experience setting up a router and network. While the first one I set up was a success for my laptop, I could never get it to work with other devices I added later. This NetGear router was my second experience. It took only a few minutes to be up and running with an internet connection. Additionally, when I bring my laptop home from work or use another device, it is very simple to connect with a password. I highly recommend this product. The NetGear Genie program that comes with this router is amazing, as well. It helps me control my network. Honestly, I never thought I would understand setting up a "network". This router has enabled me to do that successfully.

I was replacing an existing router so the setup was really easy (just have to name the SSID the same as the previous one). The cost was reasonable and no issues to date after two months of use!

This router is everything I expected. It was a breeze to hook up and get on line instantaneously. The signal is great and consistent. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

I had my previous NETGEAR router approximately 2 years when it got fried (unable to restart the router despite numerous tries) after a power outage though it was plugged into a power surge protector. I bought a new NETGEAR router and had some trouble connecting it to my wifi extender.

Hooked it up in about 15 minutes and have a laptop, notebook, printer and tablet working off it; all with no problems. It's been great having all these things able to access the internet off the router and really not have to worry about any of them.
