I purchased this router since my experience with NETGEAR has been positive and easy to install. This is my 3rd NETGEAR Wi-Fi router.

I'm happy to buy this item, because have good signal, and protection, and USB for printer wireless.

Bought one for my house and one for my mothers so she can watch Netflix. Don't do anything fancy with it, liked it because of price and ease of setup

Small and light weight, yet powerfully useful! Easy to set up too.

the latest was a replacement. Would have given 5 stars but the last one (same model router, different version) would hang up after sustained high speeds. Would have to reboot it now and again. Last reboot must have fried it. The replacement seems to be doing fine, no reboots yet.

This router was painless to set up and started working great out of the box. I've connected tablets, phones, computers (wired and wireless), a wireless printer, and an Xbox 360. I haven't updated the firmware yet or messed around with the settings much, but for the price this router has met my needs perfectly.

Grandmum a computer but the grandkids couldn't use it. Now all the kids can enjoy wifi and use their electronics at grandma's. This was an excellent investment. This device was less than 30 dollars but works perfectly. The kids can do homework, play games, and post pictures. Grandma doesn't have to pay any more per month for her monthly Internet and that's probably the best thing of all

Netgear routers have always been rock-solid for me; I use them for personal applications, and I recommend them to/install them for business clients.

I recently had high speed internet service set up in my home. I needed a wireless router to complete the system and this one seems to fit the bill nicely. The set up was quick and easy and it was up and running in no time. However, I did run in to a couple of problems that were simple to figure out but worth noting. The start sheet told me how to plug in the necessary wiring and told me what the lights were for in order to find out if it was communicating with my gateway for the internet. It did not however tell me whrre to look for the router on my computer so that I could finish the installation and get the PC online. I managed to find it in the network settings but for a beginner it might be a bit difficult. I would say as a whole the router is very good both in build and usibility, but the start sheet needs a bit of improvement.
