We recently switched from ATT U-Verse to Charter and they suggested we purchase a router (cheaper than getting it from them). This NETGEAR router is working just fine. No problems. I liked that the "password" was a word and not a bunch of numbers which makes it much easier to remember.

Works as intended. But now I have to write 50 characters min.

This is used by a client. Their old one stopped working and not allowing any connections from cable isp. Called their ISP and they said no problems on their side and it must be the router. Their internet worked w/o the router, so I wanted to know if it needed any configuration for it to work as I reset it and they said no, it just works right out of the box. After buying this new version it was doing the same thing until I used it connection manager and then it worked but not until that point. So the old would just drop connections randomly. This same model is much smaller in size than the old one but is laid out the same. It fits their needs and they are happy. In general, the wifi side of these things quit working often and have to be replaced often.

When something works for the purpose you buy it for THERE IS NOTHING MORE TO ASK OF IT.

Haven't had any trouble with it since I purchased it I would recommend it to my friends and family

Bought this for my mom and it works great. I was surprised.

This has been a very useful device. It was simple to set up and I have never had any problem with it. Only negative has been when trying to update the software, not as simple as it should be.

Great little router, had it setup for my mother in law in 10 minutes. It so easy with the standard view that i have no doubt i could walk her through restoring the backup config should we need it. The coverage is solid, covers and old 1500sq ft house and plenty of coverage on the porch and garage to boot.

This router was purchased for my grandmother who isn't well versed in computers but this had such an easy setup that she was able to do it herself with very little help from me.

So far so good, I am happy with the performance of this product. It can reset itself at times but, for the most part, functions quite well. I'm glad that I purchased in spite of its security limitations, as were mentioned to me by the sales representative that sold it to me.

Good routers to use on a test network. Netgear is a good brand that has good support.

My husband is electronically challenged and was able to install it w/o too much trouble. Works well and able to use all computers in our house. Good Value and nice product so far.

you must show more promotion on this product and have amore service tech willing to accomodate customers.

I use these all the time for smaller customers. They work well and the documentation is very good.

Worked fine from the moment I powered it. I have always had good results with Netgear products.

I found the instructions easy to follow, and everything worked fine. I am pleased with the product.

It kind of works using WIIFII connection more, than DSL?

It's gets the job done for the price it selling for. ... .

I updated my father's router with this one. Plugged it in and it worked flawlessly out of the box.
