Needed WiFi Netgear was recommended by Best Buy Geek. Purchased recommendation and was able to follow instructions and install. Actually took me about 30 minutes which for me is GREAT.

This is the perfect wireless router for beginners or the seasoned computer guru. Plugged it in and I was up and running in ten minutes. I recommend this to anyone looking to replace or install a new wireless router either in their home or business.

Instructions for set up were clear and easy to follow. In just a few minutes I was back online following my previous router's failure. This one works perfectly and sessions even seem to be a little faster than before.

I'm happy with product. Maybe needs a booster to increase reach. My house is 2500 sf but has many walls so signal doesn't reach far and is a bit slow. Still good product for the money

I have no technical abilities so it's fair to say that since I was able to hook it up and get it to work...it was perfect more me. I also notice compared to the router I replaced it has a strong signal for the size and multiple floors in my home.

Ready to go out of the box with default wireless name and default password. Computer setup not necessary but advised to change defaults so visitors can't look at the back of the router and find the working password (default). I was able to replace my netgear n300 from 2 years ago under the manufacturer's LIFETIME WARRANTY at the same best buy I bought it at initially after looking up the receipt. After 2 years the wireless signal dropped out on the original but I didnt need to buy a new one (I had already though and am now running an Ethernet cable from my dualband router to this one setup as an access point to increase wireless accessibility throughout the building.) Not a huge performer, but dependable and if/when needed replaceable at no cost under manufacturer lifetime warranty (make a photocopy of your reciept and file it).

My cable company warned about incompatibility with most non-company devices. The router was super simple to install and access with our devices. Four devices at once was no problem. It was also the most economical.

This router is not the most expensive nor the fastest router. It will do all home or small business routing that would be wanted. Good price for the quality.

I am a first year veterinary student in the Caribbean. This product is awesome, great reception, never lose the signal. If it works this great in St Kitts imagine how it would be in the US!!! Also took <5 minutes to install, was a no brainer.

We bought this for my mother's house. It is smaller so she didn't need much. It was easy to set up and she hasn't had a single problem with it.

Supports three phones, one tablet, two laptops, and a firestick all at the same time without noticeable lag on 25Mps. Plus saves me money since I don't have to rent the cable company's router for $120.00 a year!

Worked on the first try. Would recommend this to anyone. However, if it needs to go around walls and down the hall like mine did, then I would recommend a booster to go along with it
