I did research this through Consumer Reports, though not online, but from a past issue. It has great range and has enabled us to check our emails and stream movies on our tablets from the other side of the house.

Best buy always has the item i am looking for when i need it

Got a router for my parents house so I can do homework and check email when I visit and for Internet to run faster on everybody's phones. Works great! Have not had any problems!

It works great!! I use it for streaming movies on my smart tv and all the phones in my apartment. Havent had any issues...Thought it wouldnt b good considering the price but dont let that stop u!!! Amazing!!!

I have purchased many of these Netgear routers and the Netgear extenders and love them. They are cheap and work great. I always recommend them to family and friends and whenever I need some extra wireless coverage I get a couple.

It was simple to set up. With a previous router, I had to go in and do some configuration to resolve conflicts with other devices on my network. This worked on the first try and hasn't given me any problems since.

Bought in conjunction with a Netgear DM111 to replace the ATT 2wire gateway. Unboxing to whole house connected within minutes. Very easy to configure and loaded with many features not available on the ISP gateway.
