We had a rather complicated (for us) speaker, receiver, components install. The Geek Squad were very professional, neat, clean. When it was all finished, we did have some glitches but they came back twice and everything is now works as it should.

The situation looked bleak when after years of consistent use, the headset would not stay paired with the TV. The Geek Squad tech ‘stayed on course’ until the components were synced and working. Then he gave us insight into possible causes and let us know to call back if we needed more help. Great service; great price, great customer care! Thank you!

The two Geek Squad technicians Jason and Lamont did an outstanding job completing our audio instillation. Both were knowledgeable as to the equipment and the system already in place. They were entertaining as they did their job by allowing us to watch and answer any questions we had. They moved equipment for us with no issues. I would recommend these two gentlemen anytime.

Tyler took such good care of me today. I had an issue setting up my Sonos speakers for a number of months. Bought some additional Sonos speakers and went all it. He came in today and mounted a new 65" Sony Bavia and all my Sonos speakers. Went the extra mile to get it all up and working and then gave me a solid 5 to 10 minute tutorial. I cannot happier with everything and it sounds and looks incredible.

There is no substitute for the Geek Squad or their installation. There's simply no better team in the industry, bar none. They were professional, understanding, and patient as I chose the location of my TV and the height. The tv is perfectly aligned and they got me all set up! Well worth the money!
