Before we begin
When we arrive at your home, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
Setting up your device
We'll connect and configure a single networked audio device to an existing network.
Getting your device up to date and connecting peripherals
We'll pair and update firmware on the networked audio device. We'll also connect speakers or an audio system and one controller device such as a mobile phone with a compatible app.
We'll make sure the service meets your expectations and educate you on how to use your new technology.
After the installation, we'll clean up the work area and remove any packaging your products came in.
*Does not include installation of networked audio hub or software to feed media to the system, custom wire concealment or wire runs, or network setup or troubleshooting.
Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.
